1 Check in

You can reach the Palais Schrottenberg (Kasernstr.1, 96049 Bamberg) at any time by car. Please note that the approach leads through the old town. The easiest way to reach the hotel is via Elisabethenplatz and Sandbad.

Please note that the access over the "Markusbrücke" bridge will be closed due to construction work from March 18th until End of July.

For check-in and unloading you can park directly in front of the hotel, on the side of the Sandbad.

Arrival from 14:30.

Should you arrive outside our opening hours, please let us know in good time.

Our reception is open (high season):
Monday - Wednesday 8.00 am - 14.00 pm
Thursday - Sunday 8.00 am - 19.00 pm

Low season (October-March)
Opening hours may vary in the low season. You can always reach us in the morning by phone or by e-mail.

2. Parking

or guests of the Palais Schrottenberg, parking spaces are available (subject to availability) on the parking deck at Katzenberg 5 (50m from the Palais). We charge a fee of
€ 15 per day/night.
